Three Mile Lake Muskoka is situated north of Hwy 11, east of Hwy 4 and southwest of Huntsville which is the place for supplies and entertainment in the area. There are neighbours to the left and right of this attractive property with a wide open farm field across the road. This quiet neighbourhood is right on Three Mile Lake and sports a very gradual shoreline with a sandy bottom. There is an extensive dock to get to deeper water for your boat, if you plan on bringing your own craft. Being a smaller lake, its ideal for canoeing and kayaking. The water of Three Mile Lake eventually flows to Lake Rosseau via the Dee river. Dee Bank Falls is in between Lake Rousseau and Three Mile Lake...it's worth seeing these falls as they are very picturesque. This truly is cottage country with so much to see and do! Algonquin Provincial Park is about an hour and a half drive and is worth the trip as it's Ontario's largest Provincial Park.
